HIGH DYNAMIC RANGE (HDR) IMAGERY What is HDR? High dynamic range imaging (HDRI or just HDR) is a set of techniques that allows a greater dynamic range of luminances between light and dark areas of a scene than normal digital imaging techniques. The intention of HDRI is to accurately represent the wide range of intensity levels found in real scenes ranging from direct sunlight to shadows. The process involves photographing a particular subject or scene with a series of bracketed exposures from darker to lighter, then combining these images and tonemapping the final photograph to achieve the desired result. HDRI provides for a more realistic or stylized representation of a scene or subject, depending on the intent of the photographer. Have your properties shot in HDR for truly stunning imagery that will make your properties more memorable.
